A Google Scholar profile is a way to collect publications and quotations about them so that others can find your work and often find an accessible copy to read. To get to your profile page, the first time you set up one, go to Google Scholar and sign in, click on the quote, then log in and click "Sign in" to get your profile page.
Once you're done, select the citation style and paper you need and tap the red button "Add Bibliography Doc" in the toolbar and select "BibTeX."
